Worm Gear Reducer

A worm gear reducer is commonly used in conjunction with an electric motor to efficiently transfer motion and power.  It  consists of two main components:  a worm (screw-like gear) and a worm wheel (helical gear), which work together to reduce speed and increase torque.

This mechanism is particularly beneficial in applications requiring high torque and precise motion control,  making it ideal for various industrial uses.  After the design and functionality are established,  the system can be modeled using 3D software to create detailed drawings for manufacturing or analysis.
