Q: Can I get the 3D and 2D drawings? A: Sure, we have the standard drawings. Also the input size of gearbox can be customized according to different motors.
Q: Do you have an individual design service ? A: Yes, we would like to design products individually for our customers, but it may need some mold developing cost and design charge.
Q: What's your lead time? A:Generally speaking, we keep many stocks of regular standard product, if shortage of stocks, it will need 15-20 days, a bit longer for customized products. But we are very flexible on the lead time, it will depend on the specific orders.
